1. Summary

LLC "TROJANS" presents an investment project "Organization of production of processing municipal and industrial waste energy products" to provide to the Investor, the management of the Kamchatka region and the relevant structures information about the possibility of using advanced technologies for processing municipal and industrial waste in the establishment of the project company — LLC "the Energy and resources of Kamchatka" (KAMER) — a modern and highly profitable.

The objectives of the project:

— Create self-sustaining production processing from 85 thousand tonnes to 130 thousand tonnes of unsorted municipal and industrial waste with a ROI of 57% per annum;

— Build technological capacity to produce up to 80 tons/day of boiler, furnace fuel;

— Providing the depth of recycling up to 99%;

Monitoring-ensuring the availability of waste reception (the creation of a registry of education and waste disposal) to separate legal. person;

— Create new high-paying jobs

The problem of waste disposal of production and way of life is relevant to any region in Russia. Given the lack of recycling in the Kamchatka region and the unprofitability of export (excluding scrap metals) in the mainland of the Russian Federation, we propose to create a modern plant for the reception of sorted waste for recycling them into marketable products.

Design enterprise "KAMER" (the Energy and Resources of Kamchatka) involves the processing of from 85 to 130 tons of waste per year (240 – to 360 tonnes per hour./day), with the impact on the environment is nothing more than the boiler running on natural gas. Technology acceptance and sorting of MSW provides for the cleansing of ballast, the main component of the morphological composition of wastes, synthetic and natural organics. Prepared for thermal processing of waste, is an organic mix (Ω) and is a valuable raw material and carbon material for the production of energy products. OM is dried and powdered organic component of MSW (54% of the total weight). The innovation applied in the production processes of waste recycling to provide maximum utilization of the energy potential of carbonaceous raw material, thus obtaining:

— Electric energy (peak load of 1, 5 MW/hour, working – 1, 05 MW);

— Heat at least 2 Gcal/h;

Is a liquid boiler and furnace oil from 45 MT/day.

Distilled from the waste water surplus will be used in their own production processes. Inorganic waste mass, crushed in the recycling process up to 30 mm fraction ( stones, glass, ceramics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals) undergoes additional disinfection of high temperature flue gases and then after the selection of metals may be used for backfill prepared for greenhouses territory or for remediation of existing landfills of municipal solid wastes. It is assumed that almost 100% of the depth of processing of municipal waste.

— hydroseparation (Department of inorganic mass: stones, glass, ceramics, metals);

— ozone cleaning of recirculated water;

thermal disinfection inorganic;

— separation of metals;

— cosmelenia and drying OHMS;

the accumulation of 2 daily total OHMS;

— flow of OM in pyrolysis processing.

§ Business process pyrolysis processing of OM include:

— reception of OM in the bunker accumulation;

thermal processing of OM and semi-coke of pyrolysis;

— provide heat energy to the process of raw material supply;

the results of the vapor hydrocarbon mixture in the PSU production of boiler ( heating oil) fuels.

§ Business process to produce boiler, furnace fuel include:

— manufacturing of boiler, furnace fuel and EPG (energy pyrolysis gas);

storage weekly production volume and furnace fuel;

the results of EPG in BP pyrolysis processing of OM;

the results of thermal energy to third party consumers.

§ Business process of electric power generation include:

— gasholder accumulation of the input quantity of EPG;

— modular placement of the gas engines;

— generation of electric energy for own needs of the enterprise;

— the results of electric energy to third party consumers.

The price of waste disposal for customers of the innovative project "KAMER" will be lower than the existing landfill.

Additional raw materials for thermal processing can be waste wood, animal waste and fish processing industries, automotive tires, waste roofing, peat.

The enterprise project has a complete ecological cycle, that is, not only recycles waste, and it is practically waste-free.

The management team of the company consists of qualified staff with personal experience in relevant positions for at least 5 years. The heads of the production sites and technical staff operators will be trained and participate in the installation of process modules by studying their device and service. Indicators of economic efficiency of the project for an average load of production:
