Development project farm cattle for fattening calves for meat production with the aim of obtaining and implementation of marbled beef

Project description

The concept of the project: creating a farm in the Yaroslavl region Pereslavl district for the breeding of cattle (bulls of beef breeds Galloway) for meat (regular and premium marble beef) to implement mainly in Moscow and Moscow region. Breeding involves the technology of fattening of young cattle with 1 or 6 months to slaughter age (18 months).

The aim of the project:

— breeding beef cattle for implementation of marbled beef to the population of Moscow, Moscow and Yaroslavl region at affordable prices

— generation of income to improve the material welfare of its members.

Target consumer group: wholesale food base (such as Fudsiti Bay), meat and grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, specialising in dishes of marbled beef, the population of Krasnogorsk in the implementation of the meat through own shop.

The source of funds for the implementation of the project: private investors or investment institutions, investment lending program
