The necessary investments — 150 million rubles (it is Possible to split the investment package. The minimum amount for investment is 4 million rubles).

The total cost of the project is 475 million rubles.

Return on investment begins with the first months of operation of the Museum. Return on investment – 3 years.

Return on investment at least 2 times higher compared to Bank deposits.

The Museum project passed the inspection in all Departments of ENEA and approved for implementation in the Moscow city Hall.

These funds:

— produced interactive Museum exhibits. They need to touch and twist. These exhibits simultaneously and develop and are entertaining rides. The interactive Museum is one of the important trends of modern business.

— adapt the premises for the Museum and its interior is made;

— formed team of the Museum;

— hold events to promote the Museum.

What was done:

— developed concept and business plan of the Museum;

— with the Management of ENEA designed the contract for long-term lease (10 years with right of renewal) of the pavilion with an area of 1000 sq. m.;

— the project involved the owners of a unique collection of watches, marked by the experts on the Russian and international antique shops, worth more than 5 million Euros. The basis of their collection steel watch created by French artists in the late 19th century. Each instance is an outstanding masterpiece of the industrial revolution with a special processing of precious and semiprecious materials. The hallmark of this collection are the dynamic mechanisms and moving parts are made with exceptional detail.

— collected information on firms that can produce interactive exhibits for the Museum;

— developed the style of the Museum.

The unique location of the Museum objectively provides a GREAT traffic of visitors.

VDNKH (Exhibition of achievements of national economy) is the largest exhibition, Museum and recreational complex in the world, one of the most popular public spaces in the capital of Russia. There is more than 24 million guests per year.

Every year it hosts over 100 international exhibitions, dozens of festivals and holidays.

In 2018 at ENEA will open Moscow's first year-round theme amusement Park which will be located in the immediate vicinity of the Museum of time.

In the starting lineup theme Park will be placed 3 big attraction, new covered pavilions, a cable car, a few rides in already existing pavilions.

The investor is offered a share in the project: 4 million rubles = 1 % — 150 mln = 40%.
