The company "Cinderella" is the exclusive distributor of the English brand of children's toys. Our range is children's rocking chairs and wheelchairs, educational rugs and toys.

On the market the company exists since 2014. Over 3 years of work, we managed to introduce a new brand at a high level and to establish itself as a reliable partner.

The products are delivered on a regular basis directly from the factory. Production time is 2 months. Deliveries are shipped whole containers that allows you to maintain a strategic reserve of goods in the warehouse.

The basic regions - consumers at the moment – Moscow and St. Petersburg. In this stage of the negotiations is the signing of a contract with a chain of stores in Krasnodar. Among our clients are major retailers of children's products. Also has its own online store.

Product quality is very high. All products are double quality control. At the same time on a rocking horse extends an additional guarantee.

In February 2017, we entered into a second contract of exclusive representation with the French brand. The main direction of the brand – children's educational toys. This brand is totally new on the world market. But has already managed to manifest itself at the exhibition in Nuremberg (Spielwarenmesse 2017) and at a global exhibition in new York.

In connection with a significant expansion of the client base and the launch of a new brand came the need to attract additional investment.

— presentation of the new brand in the market.

Today the market of children's goods is large enough, but monotonous. And current solutions do not satisfy consumers who are willing to pay, provided, however, that it is a quality product. Here we have a great opportunity to expand and strengthen its presence in the market.

Company consistently makes a profit (profit percentage (gross) 35%).

The investment will be spent on purchase of quantities of goods (2700000 for the purchase of the party under the current brand 2000000 for the purchase of the party under the new brand, 300000 – marketing activities to promote new brand).

The payback period of investment is 1, 5-2 years. Our priority is the terms of the loan/credit. But in any case, we will consider all possible options.
