The Information System "My Kindergarten"

We have conducted research in focus groups of parents whose children attend kindergartens. The study revealed the following challenges that parents faced in finding and training in a preschool educational institution:

1. It is difficult to find reliable and objective information about the DOU

2. It is unclear how moving to the place in a kindergarten

3. Low transparency of the processes taking place in kindergarten

4. The difficulty in communication between parents, faculty, and DOE guidance DOE

5. Complexity of the payment processes for parents and payment control administration DOE

6. No consolidated data on courses and sections for children

7. There is no information on the diet of children, routine medical procedures

To solve these problems we propose to develop an information system called "My kindergarten". This system will consist of a portal and a mobile application for parents of children, staff, and administration.

The information system "My kindergarten" will allow to automate the work of DOE, to establish interaction with children, increase the safety of children in kindergartens and other preschool educational institutions.

There is interest in this project and a number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, created with the framework agreement on the possibility of pilot projects in these regions.

The necessary investments to create a product that successfully pass the pilot and will be implemented in one of the subjects of the Russian Federation. This information system will be distributed throughout Russia.
