In other words, after purification from microbes these balances represent the perfect fertilizer. The bioreactor with a volume of 60 m3 is capable of producing 50 m3 of biogas per hour and process up to 3 tons of manure daily. The proposed design of the bioreactor has no analogues. The bioreactor is made in the form of a steel tubular container placed horizontally and is divided into three sections, not reaching to the bottom walls of the segments. In the first sector of the bioreactor is a loading hatch through which loading of the biomass in the second sector the fermentation of biomass and using the selected device plays the biogas in the gas tank, and the third section on the end surface is mounted a discharge port for discharging the fermented biomass, wherein the reactor is equipped with heating and horizontal agitator. The stirrer is switched on automatically 4 times a day for 5 minutes. Through the heating system circulates the water for heating (working temperature should be not less than 350C) and then cooling.
