Project description

The main idea of creating a linear cluster on the basis of Central technology center (Integrator) is the principle of the separation of the production process and implement (system contracts) among a group of farmers deep expertise, along with the creation of a single trading platform cattle (livestock Exchange) from cluster members to interact with large external customers.

Special attention is paid to the question of the organization of the first stage of technology of meat cattle "cow – calf" suckling on the basis of the organization of small farms, family farms, family contract or the creation of small enterprises on the basis of the personal motivation of a limited number of workers – owners, farms with a small number of cows (70 to 240). The project was based on a strict annual cycle. Every year we get the youngsters when touring the calving bounces from broodstock at the age of 7 – 9 months in November (November is the month to begin quarantine) and is collected at the centralized location of the wintering grounds of the Integrator. The farmer maintains the only broodstock and hibernates during the period from December to the next cycle of calving – with calves. Integrator of the project conducts training, provides the farmer with all the necessary infrastructure and means of production — provides the livestock, feed, veterinary services, specialists in technology, provides coordination and monitoring processes and quality control. The main objective when working with livestock is the technology effective insemination and preservation of young cattle. The remuneration of the beginning farmer for a period of probation (1 — 2 years) depends on implementation of standards on yield and retention of the calves, their weight gain, and is 12% -15% of revenue after the sale of all calves weaned (expense Integrator).
