Total area -1050 m2. All communications are connected - gas, 100 kW 380V, water, Sewerage. Requires partial replacement of obsolete equipment and life support systems. Redecorating the interior. Land — 80 acres required landscaping and trash removal. Estimates in development. The reconstruction work started.
