The creation of a tourist complex

Project description

The project on creation of a tourist complex that perfectly fits the geographic location of the region. The construction will be implemented by the end of October 2018.

The complex will include:

1. Russian bath (up to 14 people) – 6 PCs.;

2. Sauna (up to 8 people) – 3 PCs.;

3. Cottage. Capacity up to 30 people, 10 beds, bath – 1 PC.;

4. Cottage. Capacity up to 18 people, 6 beds – 1 PC.;

5. Heated cabin (without bath and beds). Up to 15 people – 1 PC.;

6. Gazebo with barbecue. Up to 10 people – 5 PCs.;

7. Administration.

The project does not take into account costs associated with:

1. Marketing strategy and promotion of services of the complex among the population;

2. Design services;

3. The services of lawyers in the field of technological (energy) connection;

4. Control services for the project;
