Production of confectionery

Project description

I propose to consider the project for the production of confectionery products of long storage (30-90 days). Biscuits are traditionally one of the most popular products on the Russian market of confectionery products.Special attention in the confectionery industry requires the right combination of room and equipment. Currently the property has a land plot of 15, 000m2 (1, 5 hectares) with two new production facilities and one administrative. One production area — single storey, with an area of 1 800 m2 and a ceiling height of 9M, the building is constructed of reinforced concrete panels. The second premises is a four storey, 800 m2 (200m2 per floor), square, without partitions, ceiling height 3M, the building is constructed of brick, insulated with mineral wool and covered with ceramic tiles. Previously the premises had not been used. The territory is landscaped, fully paved, gasified, the required increase in power generation, water supply and fire hydrants held, will soon be given permission to connect to city water.
