OUR ACTIVITIES — we give out loans secured by liquid real estate.

The objects of our activities of flats and commercial premises and buildings.

Our company is established. We work more than a year. Provide loans secured by real estate in Saint-Petersburg. At the moment we are looking for an investor to participate in our project.

Income is between 1, 5-3% per month. Loans are a minimum of 1 year. The investor completely insures your funds, it becomes the holder of collateral property. All loans issued under the loan agreement and are registered at companies house. The whole property is estimated to top appraisal organizations. Loans are issued from the calculation: price of the object divided by 2 minus 10%, i.e. 40% of the market value of the property.

SCHEME OF WORK:

— Receipt of original documents of the client

-Assessment of the market value of the property

— Verification of documents for legal clarity

— Approval of the loan amount

-The signing of the loan agreement with the simultaneous Deposit

-Registration of the contract in bodies of Federal registration service

THE SCHEME OF WORK WITH INVESTORS:

— the investor declares the amount of investment

— we provide the investor a choice of several customers with liquid real estate

— agreed the final investment amount, interest rate, term of the contract

— the investor signs all the necessary documents, the collateral property remains pledged to the investor

— the investor will get a monthly interest according to the contract

— In case of bankruptcy of the borrower, the property passes in favor of the investor.
