We offer to your attention a unique investment project on construction of Russia's first Eco-village.

For the project it is proposed to sell land at the price of 5000, 00руб/sq. m. in the vicinity of infrastructure of residential villages, with a possibility of gasification (GRP 400 meters from the plot) and electricity (columns in the plot). The asphalt approach to the plot, ecologically clean area, on lands not used chemical fertiliser for over 25 years!

The concept of the project envisages the creation of a cottage village of 330 houses on the territory of 70 Hectares, for the sale of houses and land.

It is planned to implement:

• Cottages of class "Economy" — 200 houses 90 sq metres; Cottages class "Business" — 90 house of 145 square meters; the Cottages of class "Lux" — 40 houses with an area of 190 square meters.

  Target audience is buyers of houses in cottage settlement: predominantly family — men and women from 30 to 55 years with children from 0 to 18 years, as well as retirees who want to move to live outside the city. Price segment – economy average.

  Factors that will achieve these goals:
