Production of snacks "CARAVAN"

Project description

Project for the production of snack products (seeds, crackers, nuts) in Russia, CIS and Abroad. Project 6 months, during this time, made:

•Developed all approvals for sale of products worldwide (the international certification ISO 9001, ISO 22000, customs Union Declaration, etc.)

•Started production (room to rent) at the roasting and packing: black sunflower seeds, white sunflower seeds of Turkish salt, salted peanuts, peanut flavoring, rye-wheat croutons.

•Purchased equipment: Frying oven, packaging machines (2pcs) type cushion packaging machine with fusion of the lateral faces (1pc.), platoonmates (1pc.).

•Recruited staff: Director, com. Director, chief accountant, sales representative, marketer, engineer, technician, technologist.

•Contracts:

1) Riga – partner logistics, which will cover the following countries: Poland, Germany, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Norway, England, Sweden, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Israel and the United States.

2) Russia: Saransk, Tolyatti, Syzran, Moscow, Sarov, Nizhny Novgorod. In parallel, positive negotiations with the 20 cities with potential distributors.

•Are residents of the chamber of Commerce in the Republic of Mordovia (Saransk), coordination Centre of export support of the Republic of Mordovia. To date, these centers planned our departure in the composition of the delegation from the Republic of Moldova to:

1) the Republic of Serbia (April 25-28) – negotiations with representatives of the 5 retailers.

2) China (14-19 may) – FBIE China 2018 — Shanghai international trade fair for import and export of food and beverages. Own stand.
