The construction of the cottage village, on plots with a total area of 5 Hectares, the permitted use — dacha construction, cadastral number 90:01:150601:107, 108, 109, located 10 metres from the Central, 3 km from the Federal highway "Tavrida" (Kerch, Sevastopol), 12 km from Simferopol, 12 km from Yalta, 2 km away, Crimean reserve, Crimean astrophysical Observatory and just beautiful places. School, hospital 2 km. utilities: gas connection point 600-1000m., light on plot, has a license to extract water. Cottage village is surrounded by mountainous terrain, is gated with tennis courts, several large ponds in which the water temperature in the summer will hold up to 14 degrees, which will allow to dwell in them trout fishing villagers and visiting guests, it will be the only place in the Crimea with such fishing (experience in creation is, next we built two ponds) and the bathing and Wellness complex with cryo-sauna, float chamber and steam room, phyto-bar which will be exclusive to fresh juices and a large assortment of healthy food(analog to date the same is not in the Crimea). Next, a kilometer is "ECO FARM," with the latest equipment, cattle from Europe, to ensure the delivery of eco products for residents of the village. Preliminary design is being finalized.
