The investor (project Manager) engaged in the development of this project more than 2 years. Studied the subject from technical details of production and ending with the specific use of the product by consumers. Profoundly investigated the theme of systems of land reclamation in Russia. Personally spoke with agricultural producers, studying the demand characteristics of the end product, problems and wishes. On this basis, and was to form the task for engineering companies when designing extrusion line and most innovative of the emitter.

Personally repeatedly visited Europe for the manufacturer of the equipment, studying the work of each of the nodes of the line. Personally talked with the designer of the matrix for the manufacture of emitters was producing and controlling each stage of production of this important node in-line drip irrigation.

3. The project has passed examination in Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation by results of which the Company is included in the Program of import substitution with the assignment of the code (MINISTRY of industry and trade of the Russian Federation Department of chemical.industry)

4. The resulting measures of state support within the region (project approved by the investment Board composed of 17 specialists under the leadership of first Vice-Governor of the region) -signed an investment agreement, to obtain concessions on taxes, including the repealed property tax on the payback period of the project.

5. Received the support of the national agricultural Association AKKOR at the level of the President of the Association — the Chairman of one of committees of the state Duma of the Russian Federation.

6. Performed marketing research on territory of the Russian Federation (83 regions) with the results of the Analytical report "analysis of the market of drip irrigation emitter of type" (cost 320 thousand rubles, the deadline is 6 months).

7. Purchased production base 2, 2 ha (land.plot) with 10 production buildings over 17 million. One of the buildings, the workshop production of 1240 m2, it took a total capital reconstruction in 2017-2018 and ready for placement 3 technological lines for the production of ribbon cap irrigation, including office space of 140 m2 (reconstruction cost 13, to 1 million rubles)

8. A contract for the supply of European machinery (the manufacturer in the top four in the world) for the production of tape drip irrigation including the mold for the manufacture of emitters(drip) – 96 nests. The cost of the line and mould 715 thousand Euros. This value is achieved as a result of a personal relationship with the European manufacturer. (Similar equipment costs about 1 million Euros.)

The equipment is ready for shipment; factory stock (the border of Italy/Switzerland).

Equipment for the prepayment of 150 thousand Euros.

The real technical possibilities of the equipment 83 000 000 meters per year (250 m/min, technical speed lines).

The total cost of organizing production within 2 years (incl. Engineering project production, R/p, Business plan, fin.model, etc.) made up to may 2018. — 4, 3 million.

TOTAL for may 2018 project costs amounted to 45 million rubles

— raw materials: the mixture of primary polyethylene

— production capacity: 83 million meters per year

— profit before tax: at least 58 million rubles per year

the time for reaching the project capacity: no more than 6 months

— project payback period (145 million rubles): 3 years

What you need to do:

1. To pay for line 565 thousand Euro + VAT + 5% duty

2. To purchase peripheral equipment (injection molding machines, Chiller, compressor panel, conveyor, loader vakuumnyy, the controller of the hot channel, etc.) only about 200 thousand euros with VAT.

3. To procure raw materials (primary PE) for the production of 4 per month that will amount to 35 million.

TOTAL: the total investment in the project will amount 145-146 million rubles, depending on the current exchange rate of the Euro. The estimated payback period is not more than 3 years.

P. S. it should be noted that for the project a hand-picked team of highly skilled professionals in production, and managers for implementation of such products with experience from 5 to 10 years

The production will be carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation and in CIS countries (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, etc.). Agreement on the implementation, there are (many regions asking for exclusive right to sell).

In addition, I want to tell you that agricultural producers the government subsidizes including the purchase of irrigation systems, of which drip irrigation is undoubtedly the most promising and high-tech direction.

The MAIN thing – tape drip irrigation is a consumable item, requiring annual replacement.
