Building under PSIKHONEVROLOGICHESKIJJ Internat (STUMPS)

Currently, the region is a particularly acute issue of reducing ( eliminate) queues of persons suffering from chronic psycho-neurological diseases and their social institutions! Namely in psycho-neurological internats (STUMPS). In the Kirov region such buildings is not enough, other buildings require costly renovations and redevelopment STUMPS!!!

We offer You to consider the facility in the city of Kirov! Employees Ministerstva social development, as well as regulatory and Supervisory authorities inspected the building for compliance with the requirements of specialized buildings for neuropsychiatric boarding house!

2 total area 451 m2 ( three floors), including contains the following facilities:

— dining room (400m2), as part of the room has its own kitchen which is provided with all necessary equipment, dining room!

treatment facilities (for siting professionals: ophthalmologist, dentist, etc.)

-storage rooms for medicines( including drugs)

facilities for leisure activities of patients ( spacious hall)

facilities designed to accommodate people in-patient treatment ( 120-140 seats), including bedridden patients

— bathrooms

— there are restrooms and staff!

The building has a private entrance and access roads for transporting patients who cannot move on their own!

Around the fenced area, landscaped for walking ( approximately ZEM.phase 3 714 m2)

As the building repairs and reconstruction, due to which all the rooms correspond to SanPiN, SNiP, fire safety requirements, established for social institutions (PNI). The building is equipped with fire and burglar alarms, emergency lighting, escape routes. Produced by the gasification building ( auxiliary boiler), water supply system, Sewerage system, ventilation system, fire suppression system!

The result of this work, made possible the location of 120-140 people, including disabled groups, as created accessible environment - access roads,

a particularly acute need for implementation of that object, because of statistics

the uniqueness lies in the fact that these orphanages in Russia are very limited quantity! That is why we have taken the responsibility to make major renovations and to comply with all norms and standards!!! To ensure that people with psycho-neurological disorders could comfortably and with proper treatment to be in our center!!!!
