Me and my father have been manufacturing natural homemade wine. This thing we started 4 years ago and every year improving, gain experience and go for large volumes. Since we live in a private house, we have a lot of space for production, with the implementation too, no problems, as in the summer season in the Tuapse district of resting about 1.5 mil people, not counting those just passing through. At sea there are also a lot of winemakers that sell wine, but good wine, namely, natural cook one, the others chasing profit and sell the concoctions of the powder with alcohol. So let's talk all about my plans.
We have prepared for this season 3-4 T. of wine, but it's not enough, I want to go to a new level, namely to officially register to supply your wine with excise taxes in Russia and the volumes increase significantly. We have a cottage with a house and a plot of 30 acres where I plan to dig a large pit, to build a cellar, and by this fall to begin production.
Wine such product, even if there are problems with the sale, anyway, it will never disappear, but over the years, only prettier and rising in price.
Sales I expect in winter to promote their products to the markets of Russia, in shops, and in the summer open point on the beach and sell along the coast.
Revenue from wine production is as follows:
kg of grapes costs 22p + -3 on average, depending on grade, we take in Taman to produce 1 liter of wine 1, 5kg of grapes, so the cost of 1 liter of house wine 300r, and the pomace remaining after wine production we do the chacha, mixing a cake with sugar and water.
So don't even have to be a good mathematician to understand that revenue adds up to about 1500% of food that does not spoil!!! About all the legal issues and possible inspections should not be a problem, as the town is small and we have experience in all fields.
