Buryat cuisine is one of the attractions of lake Baikal, so that every guest who visited this Holy place ought to taste dishes such as buuz, tarasun, Salamat, and of course, steak. Almost all the menus of the Buryats is a natural products, sometimes, as in the case with sliced, raw Buryats adapted to cook food, which helped them to survive in harsh conditions
