Commercial cultivation of large-fruited cranberry with mechanized collection to 1,000 tons per year (approximately 5% of the market) to be sold on the growing domestic market:

• — plantation area = 50 ha
• — production capacity = 1000 tons / year
• — investment amount = 420 mln rubles for the first 5 years
• — NPV = 4, 7 billion rubles (taking into account the extended cost of the project) — discount rate = 12%; project duration = 12 years
• — IRR = 49, 9 % (MIRR = 40, 0%); PI = 14, 0; payback period = 8, 8 years (PBP = 9, 1)
• Annual revenue = 157 mln; EBITDA = 126 million rubles (in current prices, excluding inflation)
• Profit margin, net profit margin, NPM = 63% return on sales EBITDA = 80%
