I have attached a brief presentation, highlighting the attractions of the investment as well as the various revenue streams.

In South Africa, there have been a great deal of very powerfull people investing in this industry. This includes President Cyril Ramaphosa who has invested personally over $50mil into the game industry. The returns that these investors have seen far exceeds any stock market investment.

We have successfully been growing our herd over the last 5 years and now have animals worth an estimated $3 million. The other loose assets (including vehicles and tractors) add a further significant amount to this value.

We are looking for an investor now who wishes to partner with us so that we can acquire the land that our animals are on that is currently being rented. As you will see from the presentation, the land is worth about $2million. We will also take ownership of all the fixed assets, including the various houses, conference center and lodgings on the property.

We would like to expand this opportunity to include the training of the local community so that they can be well educated in wild life and farming.

Attached please find the presentation as discussed. We are pressed for time as we have a signed OTP which will expire soon. We have had great interest from investors in India and the USA, but would love an African investor to invest in our African Heritage.
