The company main source of income will be with Lennar Homes. i was able to buils up a great networking relationship with their company and was told that they would start me off with one of their next small tracks. They sent me some plans, I and told them what I would typicaly charge. They would like me to do an average of 24-50 houses a month at an average rate of $16, 000. This is an opportunty of a lifetime that not too many start up companies are granted jobs like this. Other income would come from renovations projects form a lead program like home advisor or networks.
