Our target market would be the TV series fanatics and watchers of these TV shows, which goes into the millions of viewers per TV show. In terms of specific target market, this would range from young couples to friends and family up to adults who are looking for something a bit different in the accommodation market and add that something special to their stay.

This will succeed simply because this is a completely unique product and I believe has the capability to change the way people think about Serviced Accommodation and hotel stays in general. The market is moving away from just somewhere to stay and people are looking for an experience. Something different. This is something very different in a very popular way.

We would create our own website and promote via social media and we would also promote the business through the appropriate online travel agencies such as AirBnB, Expedia, TripAdvisor and Booking.com.

We will promote customer loyalty by offering a discount to returning guests and give them a code which they can share with their friends and family to also get a discount to come and stay if they book directly with us.

We will gain the majority of sales in the beginning through AirBnB and Booking.com as the vast majority of bookings in general are made through these online travel agencies.

We will then promote our business actively through social media marketing campaigns specifically targeting the fans of these TV shows with an offer for discount when they stay.
