Looking for investor for the preservation and development of the existing bakery.

Bakery and works there for about 20 years, a few years ago the owner was replaced. The new owner completely ignorant in this area and offered us — SP (couple) suppliers of flour in the region at that time, to take it to the Office. By the time this happened, the owner managed to change to change two managers in which the bakery came in a deplorable state and has accumulated debts, including those before us, for the supply of flour. Took over the management of the bakery we grew the business to 3 000 000 by Bank transfer and almost as many cash sales, but to invest in the renovation of the bakery and have cushioning, the owner does not want to. At the moment because of the situation we are forced to reduce production from 2,500 loaves of bread per day to 700, not enough power and the conditions that reduced staff. For example: the volume of the Bakery, Tailors 3000 loaves of white and brown bread per day.

We have perfected the recipe according to GOST baked three main positions, plus another 6-8 upon request. Basic position: White, type (grey), Branny (diet). Worked with state employees, including the City hospital of Pyatigorsk and spas. Bread meets their requirements, use in the production of no improvers, we produce on the shelves of healthy products and wish this to continue.

At the moment we have our own room, its hearth oven where we bake biscuits and Cakes, Planetary mixer is perfect for baking Cakes. The room can be equipped with a bakery and to organize the warehouse of the flour needed some repairs to bring it into compliance with the requirements of SES to bakeries, namely, to cover the walls with tile and delineate znachimye of the room. Since the installation of new equipment before start of production will be no more than 1-2 weeks.

Equipment for a full cycle will be purchased from Russian manufacturer directly. Because we already know what equipment better to produce quality, sought-after bread. What is its depreciation and service life, and also ready to make suggestions and to the manufacturer at the stage of purchase to improve some details, to which we resorted in the course of their work.

Necessary equipment at factory prices

Oven cradle — 690 000 (best option, the bread is not dried, and retains the natural taste, able to bake up to 300 loaves per download)

Dough divider — 917 000 (significantly speeds up the process of packing bread, which allows to increase the productivity of the bakery in 1, 5 times! If manual packing one change is able to produce 2500-2700 loaves per day, with a divider, this figure can be increased at least up to 3500 loaves in Ustka, saving and the efforts of the Baker!!!)

Mixer — 500 000 ( price will be specified in connection configuration in the presence of dump in the divider). Desirable to buy 2 of mixer )(large and small) for parallel work with two types of bread simultaneously and their subsequent filling — proven technology.

Prover — 350 000

In General — 300 000 (essential in the production of rolls)

Mucoperiostal — 21 900 (proven easy to use model)

Packer bread — 90 000 (needed to exit the bakery to the market, "grids", where the main requirement is to package the bread in plastic)
