Proposed joint deitelnosty to complete the construction of 2 buildings in the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region 4-5 square from the metro station "Pyatnitskoe shosse": 3-storey administrative building with total area of 1660 sq. m. and 5-storey dormitory 4070 sq. m.; in both buildings may increase height; communications in the immediate vicinity. There are various options of cooperation, including: upon completion of construction the investor is issued 50% of the area or an investor gostariam 3-storey building + some amount of money in exchange for a 5-storey building
