In Yaroslavl the very popular hockey, at the same time of the hockey school "Lokomotiv" allocates every year up to 400 children, as not promising. Many children and their parents want to continue to play hockey, but there is no free ice.

Our project involves the creation of two ice hockey rinks:

— one for the hockey school for children deducted from the HC "Lokomotiv" (or not passing to school of HC "Lokomotiv") — 12 groups for 24 of the pupil;

— the second ice hockey rink is supposed to rent out sections of young skaters, as in Yaroslavl, they are chronically short of ice for training.

Public skating is held on all three rinks open in winter large and 2 smaller rinks in the evening from 20.00 to 22.00.

To optimize the load time from 22: 00 are requested to provide for the game of hockey veterans and the older generation.
