The project is supervised by the Music and information Agency (PR-Agency) «Kushnir Production». Alexander Kushnir is the head of the Agency that is recognized by the magazine «Music Expert» «PR number one in Russia». He is a journalist, writer, producer and promoter.

The amount of the initial investments is RUB 4, 000, 000. This amount covers PR Agency services, transportation and overhead costs of the team for approximately 1, 5 years, for the period of the planned full self-sufficiency of the project.
