Manufacture of dowel nails for heat insulation of facades of buildings.
At the moment, for facade insulation, the vast majority (90%), uses standard fasteners: fungal plastic sleeve and a metal nail with a galvanic corrosion-resistant coating. Many builders to reduce the cost of using a normal nail with no coating, which leads to deterioration of the appearance of the facade(there are rusty spots) and, as a consequence of the deterioration of load-bearing ability. Or do you use the plastic nail which is strictly forbidden by fire regulations.
When developing our radiators were task to embody all the positive characteristics of the metal nail, such as its impact strength and rigidity, and features a plastic nail – its low thermal conductivity. In the end, the dowel fungal with termoglaze where thermoquad consists of two different parts – nylon and metal made narashima. Thus the metal part firmly and tightly bursting dowel, which improves load-bearing capacity of the facade, and the polyamide serves as a locking element of the so-called "cold bridge" and not exposed to aggressive environment dew point, which eliminates the possibility of rust and, accordingly, stains on the facade
