The new technology RVG entered the market. But these sensors need to operator assistance and the Dentist for the X-ray Process.

also, this sensor can take X-ray picture of 2 or 3 teeth per any process.

With this project we can provide portable, robotic, easy control for dentist and patient convenience using RVG technology and provide practical control.

we will develop this new technology that It can be used in all sectors of dental health center such as clinics and university

  • Step by step of project :
  1. In the first we design the concept then ready to start design process via 3D software
  1. Stare 3D design via AUTODESK INVENTOR 2019.when finish the first model we try to optimize this model, (may be we have optimization process to feel the final model
  1. When finished the 3D designing step, we are ready to start simulation process .we have to do static simulation and vibration simulation and dynamic simulation in AUTODESK INVENTOR 2019 for this robot, when finished the simulation process we can do final optimization of robot via simulation results .also when finished the simulation, we have to run simulation again that feel true results
  1. When we feel good results in simulations, we start to prototype robot manufacturing.
  • Cover manufacturing: we printing via 3D printer (composite materials)
  • Mechanical parts manufacturing: for manufacturing this robot mechanical parts we need CNC milling machine and CNC lathe machine and CNC laser machine
  • We start to shopping standard parts such as servo motors and gears and dynamixel servo motors and RVG sensor and portable X_ray camera.
  • Now we can start the programming process. this step is programming Arduino and new program for controlling process in ANDROID and IOS and WINDOWS
  • Now we start to design special bag for this robot, because this robot is portable

Dentistry is the branch of medicine that requires a lot of power for a dentist. To enhance the quality of dental services and avoid all the problems mentioned and For ease of operation such as (Anesthetic infusion, X-RAY Photography, Time Management and milling tooth and …) we have decided to design this robot to earn these benefits:

1- Avoid touch the Dental ANDO system to lips and tongue

2- Tooth milling operations by robot

3- Dental radiography by robot

4- Video record via robot system in 5MP resolution

5- Anesthetic infusion To the target by robot

7- Reduce of the extra costs
