"Lenin" is a young production company (lighting equipment). Starting in 2014 we implemented such projects as:
1.) MVM, OOO (network of shops "M. video") — supply of equipment for 130 hypermarkets all over the country.
2.) PJSC "Children's World" — supply of equipment for 35 hypermarkets (Central Russia).
3.) LLC "Element-trade" — network of shops "Monetka" (Ural), supply of equipment more than 170 stores in the Urals, Siberia and Bashkiria.
And other projects.
The company is actively rooted in Federal projects as of April 2019 and to the stage of active implementation (June-July 2019) attracting investors for co-financing.
Our company operates in the segment of B2B, namely, industrial enterprises and Retail. We distinguish two main concepts in the — "Modernization of existing lighting and New, objecty".
Now the business is actively migrating to led lighting as this type of lamp is 2.5-3 times reduces potreblenie of electricity and serves approximately 5-7 times longer.
Geography — all Russian. The scope of activities of the Client not matter (the light is at all), but the above channels priority due to the volume of purchases.
To date, commercial procurement peak meet Customer needs in terms of upgrading of the existing lighting already passed and, according to our estimates, in the near future will strive for sustainable value at 20-30% of the total market demand (70-80% new).
Today, the Russian lighting market is estimated at over one billion euros, is changing rapidly. The local penetration rate of LED-technology are estimated at 34 5%, which is only 9% less compared to the global trend.
In 2018, the Russian lighting market is made up of about 1, 1 billion euros. The share of led luminaires in the total mass of the implemented illumination is about 65%. Annual dynamics perosa — 4-5% and it is expected that by 2020 the debt led solutions will amount to about 77%.
The share of LED solutions is higher than in the consumer segment 63% in 2018. By 2020, the volume of the market of professional lighting equipment, namely fixtures, reaches 1/3 of the total lighting market in Russia. "Lenin" works in the segment of professional lighting equipment.
Currently the company is focused on the Russian market, but in the long term 5 years by far sees the market launch in Western Europe.
The first unique feature of our project ("Ilyich") is its name. It has a revolutionary, very long time we chose it. And it already leaves no one indifferent. In one way or another. Coupled with state of the art brand book "Lenin" we did "flow" of the company bold enough.
With this, the spirit of the company — go to the section of the standard. That is why we, being fairly small and young company, "went" immediately to the Federal network and were able to oust the recognized giants.
Now we are still quite young and for the realization of all ideas yet lack the resources. First of all, human. But we know what we want. The company plans to enter the international (European) market no later than 2025.
The company is already operating and successful.
Certain channels (direct sales) already established. In the run up to 2022, the company will have the following distribution channels:
1.) Direct sales through regional managers (already in effect).
2.) Public procurement is already done the first steps, won 3 tenders for six months. We work carefully yet "fills" the hand. Plans up to 2022 the channel should take up to 30% of the total sales.
3.) Distributors starting in 2020. The planned volume of sales through the channel until 2022 to 40%. The channel should replace direct sales through regional managers.
4.) Direct Federal contracts in the sector "Retail". Already in force.
