We invite investors from various regions of Russia to participate in the project: Supply of residential property in the state through participation in public procurement in form of electronic auctions (only FZ-44) with further negotiation and execution of government contracts.

The investment requirement of 3 0 — 5 0 mln. RUB of This amount is sufficient for the initial purchase up to 3 flats and their further preparation and sale to the state. At the same time, practice shows that such a purchase of apartments are efficiently carried out with the rhythm of the order of one to two weeks to ensure continuity of the process and uniform use of resources ensure. You can do it more often, but with the attraction of additional investments and the extension of the base services.

During the entire period of participation in the project and own investments in cash and asset the investor controls and "holds in his hands," no one passes and does not delegate completely removed the risks of even partial loss of the investment!

Practically, the entrance of the investor in the project and the exit from it occurs when each transaction with the apartment. It provides 100% operational control of their investments accurate prediction of the timing of the withdrawal at the stage of attachment!

Commercial essence and the mechanism of action of the project allows for high margins and profitability of investments from 20% to 50% in each specific transaction with the apartment!
