The production of recycling concrete

Project description

Gravel is the most widely used product of extraction and processing of non-metallic rock materials.

Volumes of production of crushed stone in the world exceed 3 billion m3 per year.

The apparent simplicity of production of crushed stone – crushing concrete structures – deceptive, as modern technologies of production of building materials and products based on them are placing greater demands on the quality of crushed stone, used mainly as filler in the manufacture of concrete, asphalt and road construction.

I.The purpose of the project

1.Organization of production of high-quality concrete gravel after processing of concrete products used on the Railways of the Russian Federation

2.The implementation of these products.

3.Sale of metal fittings, resulting from the processing of concrete products.

4. Making a profit and increasing the company's capitalization.

II.The products

Rubble recycling (concrete rubble), with the flakiness of up to 10% and the size fractions 5-20, 20-40, 40-70, 25-60, 0-5 (screenings).

Based on the above characteristics of manufactured products, a list of consumers of the rubble:

a)manufacturers of cement, of concrete;

b)a construction company specializing in construction of residential and non-residential premises;

C)a construction company specializing in the construction and repair of roads and pavements.
