OOO "Yenisei gold" and OOO "Agat" in the person of General Director is asking You to consider our application for credit in the amount of 150 million rubles for the project: "the Search for and evaluation with subsequent mining of placer gold".The territory of carrying out of mining operations: kuraginskiy Karatuzskaya and districts of the Krasnoyarsk territory, as well as the Shira district of the Republic of Khakassia. We have a number of prospective areas with gold deposits and related licenses and permits to them. One of such sites includes the so-called project "Top and Bottom Taty"( 2 of the license JSC "Yenisei gold" attached ) and the project "Three YUS" ( license of OOO "Agat" is applied) with a high content of gold. The total area of plots more than 300 sq km of land out of about 20 watercourses with tributaries, there are prerequisites for the detection of gold-bearing weathering crusts, as are all in close proximity to major gold deposits . According to preliminary calculations and analysis previously carried out works on sites identified continuous areas with a total supply of the metal from 1500 kg And authoritative geologists calculate the reserves growth can reach up to 5000 kg. For these projects we have a license to conduct search activities (scan license attached) and all related documentation. To implement the direct production, before it is necessary to conduct exploration (exploration), after which the applicable license for the production. This event requires additional funds at the moment. We consider it necessary to resort to attraction of investments from outside, and to start activities aimed at implementation of the gold production at these fields. Partial development of these areas is already underway with their own capacities.

As we have archival documents on the work of the mines and collieries before the Russian revolution and the Soviet period, which will help to further licensing of promising areas with a supply of metal over 1 ton for each phase with subsequent extraction, respectively.

When crediting in the amount of 500 mln. RUB we pass to guarantee the constituent shares of the company OOO"Yenisei Gold" (as the owner of licenses and permissions to conduct activities) in the amount of 50%, and the company OOO "AGAT" 50% (as the owner of the license and the permissions to conduct activities).Scans of licenses in the amount of 3pcs, card companies and the contract on cooperation between JSC "Yenisei gold" and OOO "Agat" attached.

When calculating payback when the amount of extracted metal in an amount of 1000 kg (With one license) and the current cost of one gram or 3100 RUB/g, and the current cost of production of 1 gram in the range of 1500 RUB is obtained as 3100*3000kg(with 3 licenses)-1600*3000kg=4800000000рублей the net profit of the project.
