As we developed the technology of deep oil refining by the method of cavitational and catalytic conversion of heavy hydrocarbons in the diesel fuel oil-diesel fuel with the residual non-oxidized bitumen or of marine fuels to build a plant in KHMAO. Upgraded plant in Poland, issued by the instrumental and technological solutions for construction of small oil refineries deep conversion oil (non-black mineral oil scheme) in China, Vietnam, Iran, Ecuador, Estonia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
