Project description

Proposed for implementation of investment project construction of the "Refinery "giaginskaya" in the Republic of Adygea, Russia.

The project envisages the construction of a refinery with a volume of over 4 million tons of crude oil per year, with subsequent production of high quality standards Euro-5. The project involves the phased construction, starting from the first stage, the amount of which at the initial stage will amount to 1 million tons of crude oil. The plant will specialize in the production of gasoline fractions, straight-run gasoline for export technological, diesel fuel (Euro-5 standard), low-viscosity marine fuel, fuel oil M-40, M-100 II and III species. Gas, in the future, when commissioning of the refinery, possibly with North-Kuzhorskaya field while obtaining a license for the development and acquisition of existing gas wells in the amount of 6 pieces, which is next to the table Kelermesskaya, Giaginskaya district; this will reduce the cost of production and the cost of electricity and gas.

At the moment the project is in the stage of completion pre-project preparations. The prepared plot with permission for construction of industrial facilities, all utility lines and location, including the presence of the railway. Prepared a full feasibility study, the project presentation and calculations. The activities of the Investor in the Republic of Adygea is provided with the necessary legal framework, which is adopted and applies to all participants in the investment cooperation on behalf of the head of the Republic of Adygea M. K. Kumpilov, in order to implement investment projects, in this case the construction of the "refinery "giaginskaya". To guarantee the Investor the option of ransom wells and earth with the establishment of joint partnerships for future operational management of the project.

The total cost of the project, the initial construction of the first phase, with processing capacity of 1 million tons per year "turn-key" will be 10 380 billion rubles, with the possibility of expanding the project to a total cost of $ 45 billion. In its basic financial and economic indicators of the investment project was highly effective in its industry. As sources of project financing is considered a loan in the amount of 10 to 380 billion roubles, with a maturity from the date of receipt for 6 years at a cost interest rates no more than 10%.

The company simultaneously offers to participate in the production and processing of hydrocarbons on Kosinowski the subsurface of the North-Kuzhorskaya gas condensate field in the Republic of Adygea, Russian Federation.

According to the Department of Geology and licensing in the Republic of Adygea (Department for subsurface management in the southern Federal district), the reserves of the North-Kuzhorskaya gas condensate field (GCF) C1, consisting in state stock of mineral resources is: gas -1697 million m3, condensate – 11/8 thousand tons.

Gas wells are owned by potentially related with our partner company in addition, all gas wells available in the project-technical, geological, geophysical and other documentation; extend the lease of land for the purpose of use "engineering and technical facilities of the energy complex."

All gas wells are geographically located at a distance from the gas distribution system of OJSC "GAZPROM" from 50 to 300 meters. From the municipal and regional government authorities, our Partners have a full understanding and support for the implementation of the project for the production of gas and condensate.

The owners of this project offer You different schemes of cooperation, including the question of implementation of these gas wells (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) in the complex – 150, 0 mln. roubles in the amount of 6 pieces, a depth of 3400 ± 10 m, North-Kuzhorskaya gas condensate field in the Republic of Adygea, the Russian Federation, for the further extraction of natural gas and condensate, with the creation of the regional operator. In this project, possible placement of a plant for deep processing of natural gas and production of additional fuels and raw materials for the chemical industry, as well as elaboration of the project of supplies of liquefied natural gas to nearby regions.

For the project for the extraction of natural gas and condensate in full this includes the licence arrangement until a comprehensive development of the North-Kuzhorskaya of the field it is necessary to first 700 million rubles, all the development of gas wells — 1 700 million rubles. Our Partners in the Republic of Adygea will assist in all matters before obtaining a license for subsoil use, the acquisition of the wells North Kuzhorskaya GCF and will be the operator for the extraction of natural gas and condensate during the project implementation for the extraction of gas and condensate at 60 % of the reserves of possible income to 100 $ 8 million.

In General, the volume of investment in projects of oil and gas industry of the Republic of Adygea may be more than 45 billion rubles in the expression of interest on this issue.
