Project description

The aim of the project: creation of a foundry center for implementation on the territory of the Russian Federation of advanced technologies of the foundry and manufacturing of tooling for casting. The Russian market (almost all industries) is experiencing a shortage of high-quality castings. Implementation of the proposed technology allows to achieve quality and reasonable prices of end products due to the unique, high performance and production efficiency. The implementation of these technologies at the Russian enterprises of any sector of the economy will ensure the growth of labor productivity by at least 50%, will create a substantial export capacity will dramatically reduce the dependence on import of products (in some sectors up to 100%) and equipment, remove design limitations for our scientists and engineers. Given the growing demand for quality products of raw aluminum, titanium, etc., the implementation of the project on creation of the Russian foundry center, restoration of the production chain "metallurgy-foundry-engineering", is extremely promising.
