Good time of day. Project goal: to provide service accommodation and comfortable temporary housing for family tourists in the class "Standard", "Standard +" with the provision of tours to the Crimea. Construction of hotels is on the southern coast of Crimea, in the cities of Yalta, Sevastopol, Alushta, Alupka, Gurzuf, since the main stream of tourists, 37% (more than 2 ml. people), visit these cities, as well in the winter on the South coast is warmer and the tourist season is a month longer than in Crimea as a whole.According to the Ministry of tourism of the Crimea, in 2019 the number of tourists increased by 11%, compared with 2018, and the availability of the hotels ( the organization with NACE - hotel activities) Yalta -91%, Alushta-86%.Strong sides of the project:- the placement of objects, where there is a need for affordable accommodation in the class"Standard", "Standard + ";- orientation to family tourists (47% of the total tour.stream);- provision of services( food, pool, all rounds); and lots of attractions - scenic place (a beautiful place);- good ratio price-quality, pre-fabricated object (three months).Weak sides of the project:- incomplete loading of the hotel in the winter time;- change legislation in the regulation of hotel business;- the outflow of tourists from the Crimea.Decision: — the presentation of the project.
