Project description

The aim of the investment project "Construction of a logistics terminal in Pervalka LPG in the Kaliningrad region" — the creation of a highly profitable enterprise providing unloading liquefied gas from the Russian rail tank cars in stationary tanks, safe storage and injection of LPG in the European railway tanks, tank containers, specialized car carriers and cylinders to improve the efficiency of export supplies and supplies to remote areas of the Kaliningrad region domestic gas and motor fuel.

The project is supported by all concerned regional, departmental, and Federal agencies.

Features:

2. The agreement with the land owner about the readiness to transfer the selected land plot in long term rent with option to buy.
3. Arrangement with a specialized design organization.
4. Project work with the designer of part of the cost, including equipment of the terminal complex technological equipment.
5. The agreement with the foreign partner on the transfer of contracts on the basis of the supply of LPG to the planned terminal with a proof of payment for services.

After deduction of operating costs and taxes interest on loan return on investment occurs within 3 years.
