B2B marketplace for alcohol business

Project description

I offer for consideration a project to create a B2B marketplace of beer and related products (with further coverage of all alcoholic beverages) for the entire territory of the Russian Federation. B2B marketplace (hereinafter Service) will meet the needs of all participants of the beer market in the implementation and procurement of products. In particular, the brewers, the Service will allow online to manage sales by providing direct access to end B2B and B2C consumers, reducing marketing costs, logistics and "unnecessary" intermediaries. The service takes into account the policy of the state, providing an additional opportunity to control the quality and legality of products sold.

The service fully complies with current legislation and aims to become a popular online platform for participants of the beer industry (including end users) to the date of entry into force of legislative initiatives to legalize remote sales of alcoholic beverages.

In terms of attractiveness for business, the Service offers automation solutions for commercial activities, fully compliant with the trends of digitalization of the Russian economy.

For the moment, is unique to the beer market, reflecting in its business model the best practices of similar Internet sites and services (aggregators) to other sectors of the economy (Yandex.Taxi, Pharmacy.ru, Avita etc).

At the moment the developed concept, technical specifications, financial model (option 3 from pessimism to optimism), assembled a team. Investments required for the stage 1 development (coverage 10 regions) — 40 million rubles with payback period of 1. 5 years. Terms of cooperation with investors (equity, loan) are discussed.
