The production of cosmetic clay

Project description

The essence: production, packaging of cosmetic clay on the site of the development. All necessary infrastructure is available.

Raw materials: the clay (conventionally prepared), lies on land which is in private ownership. Promising a supply of clay was 5000 cubic meters.

Base infrastructure: we offer for sale the project consists of land, houses and outbuildings. Property in Dubovsky district of Volgograd region on the territory of S. p. deer.

Residential building can be used as housing for employees, farm building for a warehouse and support production of ecologically clean meat and egg products.

Communications: gas, water, electricity 220/380 V.

Certification of cosmetic clay is not required. A mandatory Declaration of the CU and test report if necessary, will be available.
