The company «Rossmetko», we are engaged in the production of metal structures for furniture in Moscow. In my business there are two directions: metal turning and welding. There are large clients.

We are not a startup, we have been on the market for 2 years.

We are located on the territory of an old plant, but we have all the conditions for full development. For employees there is the possibility of living on the territory of the enterprise, there is a kitchen, a shower, a sauna on Saturdays.

On the territory of the enterprise, the social project «Rossmetko Welding School» is being implemented for hearing impaired and deaf people. We teach free of charge, provide free meals and accommodation during the training.

Every month we manufacture about 200-250 products in the welding shop (underframes, frames, bar counters, stairs) and 3000-4000 products from the turning shop (threading, grooving fittings, cutting stainless steel tubes)

The welding shop works around the clock in two shifts.

Now, a powder coating workshop and a polymerization chamber for our products are in the opening phase.

We manufacture furniture from metal and wood, but unfortunately we refuse many orders, since we do not have a full-fledged woodworking workshop.

We are planning to do a full production cycle. Welding, painting, wood processing, sale.

We work in the loft furniture niche and see a great development prospect here with the right approach.

It will be an independent woodworking workshop that will make wooden parts for our products, as well as sell countertops, slabs, steps, etc. for other manufacturers of loft furniture.

I have reliable contacts of suppliers of valuable species of wood (oak, elm, walnut, etc.) I have been working with wood for 4 years.

An investment of 3 million rubles is required to open a woodworking workshop.
