For 3 months, the company reached a turnover of 250,000 rubles and a net profit of 80,000. with an initial investment of 150,000 rubles.

A financial model has been developed for the development of the company for 3 years with the opening of new directions. At the moment, an accounting system is being implemented through Power BI. And unit-economy calculations are carried out separately for each product, taking into account all expenses, so you can calculate the profitability for each position in advance.
