Description of the project.

The aquaculture plant is housed in a new single-span, non-load-bearing building central columns. The recirculation plant is designed to contain at least 10, 000 kg of ichthyomass. The Siberian/Lena sturgeon (lat. Acipenser baerii Brandt) is accepted as the estimated object of keeping. Rostal rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum) is also allowed.

Required attachments:

Fish stock — 3.5 million rubles.

Feed — 1.1 million rubles for 12 months.

Artesian well — 800 thousand rubles (140-180 meters).

Add. equipment — 570 thousand rubles.

Payback start date:

Trout — 9 months (sales weight 1.9 kg) Caviar — 14 months (sales weight 3.3 kg)

Sturgeon — 12 months (sales weight 1.2 kg) Caviar — 36 months (sales weight 4.5 kg)

It is possible to purchase fish for rearing and reduce the growing time to a marketable sample.

Cost of meat:

Trout-330-370 rubles kg. Realization from 600 rubles kg.

Sturgeon — 600 rubles kg. Realization from 800-1500 rubles per kg.

Black caviar 3300 per 100 grams. Realization from 4600 rubles per 100 grams.

Scaling is carried out in the form of an increase in the types of hydrobionts and their volumes (shrimps, salmon, crayfish, catfish, tilapia).
