The idea appeared when we started to travel over the Europe with my wife. We would like to have same cozy hostels in our all-mighty Motherland, of high European level with qualified polite employees.
The essence of the idea is to create the acceptable price hostels chain in our city.
My wife holds a degree in law; I work as a manager in the big company. Accordingly, we could estimate expenses only approximately, but at that time, we already understood that the amount that we had at our bank account was not enough for this.
I remembered about Business Platform website. I went to the website, published my project. I interested in some proposals published by Investors, made application. And decided, no need sit back, do nothing, and wait for something. I started analyze, search the relevant places, where could locate future hostels.
After 3-3.5 weeks I received a telephone call. The investor called me and said that he found our project at Business Platform website, and he had an interest, we have talked with him about an hour via skype, told him about pluses and minuses of our mini-hotel business. It is logical, that he requested calculations, business-plan, at least, any presentation, which we failed to provide.
At the same day, we called to Business Platform and ordered business plan, keeping in mind that if the company interacts actively both with investors and project authors, then it has a huge experience, and it probably, knows better than the most, what wants to see the investor, without any empty talks, with clarified prognoses, economic indicators and market analysis.
We couldn’t go wrong and got our “sweet bonus”. We are satisfied with that, and the most important is that our investor gave a positive look to our project.
At current moment, together with investor, who now is our partner, we opened first hostel, and it is planned to open two more, in the places of the great repair. And further – other Russian cities waiting for us!
